The 9th edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum was a real success, as reflected in the unquestionably positive feedback we received. This success is yours. As exhibiting partners, an increasing number of you chose to support us (one more time, for many of you!) As speakers, you invaluably contributed to debates on issues that we hope met your expectations. As visitors, you were part of the 7,000 participants who attended this year’s event (vs 5,500 in 2016), and you contributed to raise the international profile of the event. And indeed, the diversity of skills and profiles is the key to high-quality debates. The FIC is a meeting of « cyber people » of all profiles, who share the same digital space with different approaches.

Our aim, of course, is to continue improving both the format and the content. We know there is scope for improvement, and we will strive to continue making the FIC an unmissable event. Unfortunately we do not have control over all aspects, and some of you have left the show with empty stomachs due to a poor catering service. But we want to make sure that each of you leaves the event with the feeling that there was a “before” and an « “after” FIC.

The FIC is a state of mind, a way to conceive the construction of the digital space in all safety and liberty. Next year, for the 10th edition of the International Cybersecurity Forum, we aim to be even more innovative, with you and for you!
